Deliveries are free worldwide (free S&H). Shipments are tracked, and the tracking number is sent by email to each order as soon as it is shipped. Shipping within 7 days with USPS.
We ship all our products via USPS. Delivery takes 7 to 10 business days from the order processing date. Please be advised that shipments are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. GOOD JOB LLC does not guarantee specific arrival dates or times and does not refund or credit delivery or processing charges for any shipments via USPS. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions, including shipping and handling charges. Call +1 (833) 323-2668 to obtain a refund. Additional refunds are issued at the discretion of the company. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
In order to process your refund, you must supply us with your name and delivery address. We will credit any returned opened or unopened product if the received package is post-marked within 30 days of the order received date. Refunds will be issued to customer credit card within 3 business days. No returns are credited after 30 days of the received date.
To obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package.
